Shipping policy

Orders placed will be delivered as follows

Monday (by 2pm) -> Tuesday (by 5pm) any orders after 2pm ill be shipped out the following day and arrive Wednesday

Tuesday (by 2pm -> Wednesday (by 5pm) any orders after 2pm ill be shipped out the following day and arrive Thursday

Wednesday (by2pm) -> Thursday (by 5pm) any orders after 2pm ill be shipped out the following day and arrive Friday

Thursday (by 2pm) -> Friday (by 5pm) any orders after 2pm ill be shipped out the following day and arrive Monday

Friday (by 2pm) -> Monday

Friday (After 2pm) / Saturday / Sunday / Monday will be delivered Tuesday.

 

Saturday delivery is very expensive and will be at the cost of the customer.

Same day delivery is available within JHB / PTA Order will have to be in before 9:30am.

All customers will receive a tracking number and link to the courier service in order for them to track their parcel in real time.

Delivery outside of South Africa is available but a special request must be emailed to nicole@keychainsa.com in order for a courier fee to be calculate. 2-3 quotations will be provided.
